Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Lithuania to ensure compliance with the EU pet supplies safety standards.
Processing time: Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after successful payment (excluding customs clearance time). There may be slight delays during peak seasons or promotions. We will notify you of the latest progress via email. - Delivery range and cost
Coverage area: Global delivery (restricted in some countries/regions, automatic verification on the checkout page).
Freight calculation: Automatically generated based on the weight of the goods and the destination. The final amount is displayed on the settlement page.
Free shipping policy: For orders within Lithuania over €50, the standard shipping fee is waived. Free shipping for orders over €100 in other EU countries. - Logistics tracking and notification
After shipment, you will receive a mail with the tracking number (from audioics@petsucies.com), which can be tracked in real time through the official website of the cooperating carrier (such as DPD, DHL).
If you do not receive the shipping notice within 10 working days, please check your spam folder or contact us directly. - Customs and Taxes
Within the European Union: Duty-free, value-added tax (VAT) is already included in the price of goods.
Outside the European Union: The recipient shall bear the import duties and customs clearance fees by themselves (the specific amount shall be determined by the local customs). It is recommended to check the destination policy before placing an order. - Delay and Loss handling
