1. Returns and refunds are not supportedDue to the special hygiene and safety characteristics of pet supplies, all products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold, including but not limited to the following situations:
    Unopened or used goods (such as pet food, food bowls, toys, etc.);
    Incorrect orders placed due to the customer’s personal reasons (such as wrong size or color selection);
    Special offer items or clearance items in promotional activities.
  2. Handling of exceptional cases
    If the goods you receive are damaged during transportation or have quality problems, please send the photos of the goods and the order number to the customer service email: audioics@petsucies.com within 48 hours after signing for receipt. We will verify for you and negotiate a solution (such as reissue or points compensation).

    Please confirm the size, material, suitable pet types and other information on the product detail page before placing an order.
    It is recommended to record an unboxing video as evidence for disputes (especially for high-value goods).
